This basic policy explains how Tap The Set handles information for DJ accounts, event queues, guest song requests, and optional tips.

Information We Collect
DJs provide account information such as email address, display name, event names, branding settings, and request-management actions. Guests may provide song request details, artist names, requester names, notes, and optional tip choices.
Tap The Set may also process technical information such as device cookies, request tokens, IP-derived abuse-prevention signals, browser metadata, timestamps, and usage information needed to keep queues secure and reliable.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate DJ queues, show requests to the correct DJ, prevent spam or abuse, manage optional tipped request flows, provide account access, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
Payments
Optional tips are handled through Stripe. Tap The Set does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment details, connected-account onboarding information, fraud signals, refunds, payouts, and related payment records under its own policies.
Authentication And Service Providers
Tap The Set uses Supabase for authentication and database services. Social login providers, such as Google, may process information needed to authenticate a DJ account. Hosting and deployment are provided through Vercel.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to run Tap The Set, process payments, secure accounts, deliver the app, comply with law, or protect the service from abuse.
Cookies And Local Storage
Tap The Set uses cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in sessions, guest request tracking, security, and queue operation. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.
Data Retention
We keep account, queue, request, and payment-related records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet operational needs, and comply with legal or financial obligations.
Your Choices
